Totally worth the value. The only thing I wish it had was a USB-C cord in case you didn’t want to play it wirelessly...or use batteries.

D pad is clicky, textures feel great. I'm using it with our one x - it's back compatible with previous xbox ones. It's a great value if you find it for $50 or less.

It's very "click-y" and the triggers and shoulder buttons have a nice textured feel to them, The face buttons don't protrude as much and are easier to press.

Stick drift needs to be addressed

Controller stick drift is a major problem for Microsoft Xbox and I’ve had to replace 3 in less than 2 years. One had within 2 weeks of getting it.

It has a matte finish, so be warned if that's a texture you don't like. It feels a little bit less dense than the Xbox One S controller. I really like the D-Pad on this. So far, it works great on my PC.
