I play Rocket League and R6 daily for 3-4 hours. The right bumper/shoulder button does not function without applying excessive pressure. This is my third controller since 2021. I really enjoy playing my X-box but dislike repurchasing the same item.

We're sorry that there's an issue using your new Xbox wireless controller with your Windows 10 laptop through Bluetooth. If you are still experiencing this issue please ensure you have the latest service update for Windows. You can find available Windows updates by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates on your Windows 10 PC. In some cases, there may be a button that says “View optional updates”, and you may be required to click there to find the update.
Once that is complete you will also need to make sure the controller firmware is up to date by checking for additional updates within the Xbox Accessories app. If you continue to experience a problem, please check with our team at Xbox Support for assistance here: https://beta.support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/controller/wireless-controller-solution
