The first one lasted about 6 months then stick drift. The second and third had buttons that would not make consistent contact with the pad on the mother board which caused non registered button presses. The forth one was sent used to me, instant return. Changed my mind on this one and sent it back. I love the shock blue color, just don't understand the issues with the manufacturing and QC. Reported to Microsoft about the issues. So if you do buy this one keep the box and receipt and if you have the same issues just contact Microsoft who can repair or replace. Don't open them like I did thinking it just needed to be cleaned and or a simple fix to avoid the wait time on a replacement.

Currently IPAD OS is not supported. The item will pair but otherwise does not work. Will pair and connect to my Windows 10 laptop but does not work on any games. Without any idea on what games this controller works with, it appears to be a waste of money, If it's only going to work on Xbox games then the box should state this. I'm still within the return window. I will continue to search for a solution to the Windows 10 issue. Otherwise I will more than likely return this controller.

We're sorry that there's an issue using your new Xbox wireless controller with Windows 10 PC through Bluetooth. If you are still experiencing this issue please ensure you have the latest service update for Windows. You can find available Windows updates by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates on your Windows 10 PC. In some cases, there may be a button that says “View optional updates”, and you may be required to click there to find the update.
