I like the newly updated Xbox Series X|S controllers. They have textured handles that allow you to grip the controller better and they have built in bluetooth capability which is the primary reason I decided to purchase one. I am able to use the controller with my laptop, phone, and obviously with my Xbox One. I purchased the shock blue color and it is very nice to look at!

It’s a good controller and I needed a new one quick because my old controller was diagnosed with stage 3 stick drift.

The textured gripping on the controller feels awesome, don't slip out of my hand. However, after about 4-5 months of using this controller about 2 days a week, I started noticing extreme stick drift in the right analog stick. so much so that I can't even use the controller anymore. I looked around the analog to see if anything stuck but couldn't find anything. And I found that the buttons are very loud, espically the d-pad and clicking the analog stick in.

bought this to use with PC games and so far it works great very compatible with Win10 and other BT devices

A small update to a great controller.Keep in mind that you will need to buy a new Microsoft battery. The old ones will not fit in this new model. The back panel is just a bit smaller. And the other update that they did on this controller is that they added a Type C connection to it. The controller has a nice texture on the handles for better grip. And the triggers have a good tension to them. I hope you were able to get one of these when they were $40.

works great was conect easy on Xbox and PC. Bought it on a trip from work because I forgot my at home I use it for the PC mostly when I travel just wish Microsoft would have made them rechargable not having to buy separate.

I was somewhat disappointed with the Xbox controller. It’s been years since I’ve used one, and was expecting better quality. The base controller does not come with a rechargeable battery pack. You have to spend another $20-$30 if you don’t want to keep buying AA batteries. Come on Microsoft… Sony Dual Shock controllers all come with rechargeable barriers built in… At $60 I would expect this controller to be rechargeable. The A-B-X-Y buttons felt cheap and were not enjoyable to use. They were hard to press, kinda sticky, and overall just not a great experience. Triggers, bumpers, and sticks were fine enough. No complaints. Connecting to my Windows 11 desktop was a breeze and made playing certain games on PC way more enjoyable. Controller is customizable if you use the Xbox app on your PC. If you don’t mind spending $60 for a mediocre controller experience with no rechargeable batteries then this is the one for you. Otherwise, you might be better off going with a third party controller or upgrading to the Elite controller. I ended up returning it and getting an Elite controller instead.

Feels very nice in the hand and truly represents the Doom franchise without sacrificing ergonomics

This controller is the best you never get stick drift and it is good for all used like when your playing game or watching shows it is basically a remote but the only thing is you could use it on Xbox or a pc

So I got this controller to use with my Windows machine. First the bad stuff. Unfortunately, I bought it within the first month of the release so there were a lot of problems. The controller wouldn't work wirelessly. So I had to go digging to find a solution. Found a solution which was to connect it with a USB-C, and update it. IT works now but now it will randomly lose the Bluetooth connection which has led me to die a few times in platformer games. I will update the rating if that gets fixed. The good stuff is that it's a really comfortable controller with an amazing grip and sticks layout. The buttons feel really good and the battery life is nice especially if you get a rechargeable battery pack or batteries.
