Back when they were only black it would be hard to know what friend brough what. Sometimes time got stuck with a junk one but the color controller put a stop to that

Comfortable Controller

Finding the original style that came with the unit is becoming more difficult and more expensive when you do find one. Fortunately this Robot White controller is comfortable and works very well with my older unit.

However, I've purchased 3 of the same over the last few years and they all got stick drift pretty immediately. So that's roughly $240 to get one functioning controller. XBox's problem. Such a known issue that Best Buy only gives a 14 day return window. You have to fork over $20 bucks to extend that to 2 years. Probably worth the $20 bucks though considering.

I bought it as a gift and my bf loves it as it was a serious upgrade from his original controller that came with his Xbox. Has way more grip on the back than the original too

For a $10 price difference just for being an open box I cannot complain one bit. There is nothing wrong with this controller at all and I consider it a steal for a wireless controller in today’s market.
