Perhaps mine is a lemon, but it didn't matter as the limited warranty did not apply. Just a warning to buyers, this is of poor quality the malfunctions include: - 6 months of use: Right trigger pad fell off and resulted in a "sticky" trigger issue (very common per online search); completed DIY fix and it was fine - 9 months of use: left bumper button stopped "clicking" (again, very common issue based on search results and other complaints); attempted DIY fix but saw the small plastic part broke inside and found no alternative to fix. overall, I do like the controller layout and functionality with PC gaming; however this is a mechanical failure that cannot be ignored. I have an older Xbox controller 360 that STILL works all buttons are fine after SIX years of use! So I know the quality control can be there.

Great controller. I gave it as a gift to my gf and it got me some major brownie points!!!! I recommend this controller because the anti slip grip tape and its comfortability.

What can I say? Walked in. Picked up a replacement XBox Controller. Knew just what I wanted and the most convenient, immediate place I could get it. 5 minutes - including a quick browse about... Nothing too sexy about replacing a worn out XBox Contoller other than " WE need it now!" Best Buy - in this case - was the Best 'in a crisis' Buy. Never a question.

Controller works with no issues, no stick lag or pulling

Had it for a year now and still no drag or any flaws on mine just keep it on the console after using it and it's perfect

Great quality controller, the color is really cool and the rubber texture grips make it easier to hold in your hand when compared to the other controllers with smooth finish!

This product is really good, just like most other official Xbox controllers I've used. I still like the customizability of the Elite controller, but this is a good out-of-the-box ready controller. That being said, it's the same as any other official xbox controller, but in blue.

A very pretty color, i use mine on PC and its an easy setup.

The design aesthetics are great, your ship layout is copied along the buttons on the controller face. Its an xbox controller like any other of the new design, so a quality controller for xbox and pc use.

The new XBox controllers are awesome. They are a bit smaller and fit nicely in my hand. They have a more "etched" plastic on the grips giving it a more comfortable feel. The controls are accurate and the new screen cap button is nice too. Its a decent upgrade from what was a good controller to begin with.

Standard controller with a cool look. If you've used an Xbox One controller before it's the same; pretty basic and nothing special. Good quality but it was exactly as I expected. Pairing to PC was very easy.

Just so you all no I game a lot like call of duty 6 hours a day so I press the buttons rapid and hard for long periods at a timeThere some good things about this controller it is not junk but there are also bad things too. So good things are, I like how it was built and the shape of the controller, the way it feels in my hands, and how the sticks feel. Also I like the look of the controller and the new D-pad design. Also the price your getting a series x controller for the same price as the Xbox one x. I also like it’s a nice wireless controller with a 3.5mm jack no more adapter. Now for the issues there are definitely some software or chip issues because randomly in call of duty my buttons will stop working and my character will just run off randomly and I can’t stop it but taking out the batteries. Also these controllers do not fit any other Xbox one battery packs(and cover) you have to go out and buy the series x battery packs with covers. And also I’ve only had it for two months I don’t no if it’s going to last. If you get it definitely get the WARRANTYYY... honestly if I could go back I would spend the extra 50 dollars on the Xbox wolverine tournament edition controller. Always get warranty on Xbox controllers. But if you are on a budget then just get the original Xbox one controller or the Xbox one S. excellent condition as i bought a open box. just as described and no issues other than missing batteries but that was fully disclosed before i purchased
