I'm a fan of the dpad design, it makes things like doing motion inputs quite smooth. Overall a reliable, quality controller in my experience.

Second, love the directional pad, and third, better textured on the bottom for better grip! I did however, just noticed a negative. When I use a headset and insert the jack in its slot it is somewhat lose and slightly wiggles from side to side. It does not do this on my original controller. So, I find this part of the controller poorly executed. This port for the headphone jack needs to be better reinforced so that there is no wiggle play whatsoever. I find this very disappointing for the amount of money these things cost!
