Just pair with bluetooth and go - I only need to pack the controller and a charging cable.

These are bluetooth unlike the old Xbox One wireless controllers, so you don’t need a special adapter to use them as long as your device is bluetooth enabled. The red color also looks awesome in person!

Great Xbox controller if found on sale.

This one is no different, I think includes additional texture surface underneath the hand holds. Well it sync'd with no problem on my PC. Battery life is excellent as I'm still 60% and it's been a month.
