Very good & reliable controller, it’s very fluid & responsive.

So I have discovered that they (Microsoft) is not building the new controllers like they use to. FOR THE FIRST TIME, my XBOX controllers are failing after about a year. The left thumbstick has failed (this is usually used for sprinting in all FPS games). My old XB1 controllers still work when these new ones have failed! Also, i notice that the ABXY buttons "stick" causing a double tap which is annoying when you are writing a search. I also think that at this point, there should be some rubber around the handles for more comfortable feel but that is reserved for the premium controllers. The capture button is nice but MICROSOFT put zero thought into their controller versus the PS5 an even the SWITCH controller. BUY THE INSURANCE IF YOU BUY THIS!!!

Just a perfect controller. Really good ergonomics. My favorite controller out of the 3 major gaming consoles.

Excellent controller already but the bare minimum upgrades from XB1 gen is massive. Like the ridges and the d pad. When on sale this is perfect. Wish I had a next gen console to test for latency and stuff.

Nice people, they didnt have another controller in store so they looked up where one was in stock for me and made the order so all I would have to do is park and have the next store bring it out to me.

Got this to replace my wired Xbox 360 controller for use with PC. Can be used bluetooth or pugged in using usb-c. Works great.

Xbox brand rules them all. Never let me down. I just wish they made them rechargeable like every other console out there. Quick fix get the insignia battery charger.

Hey its an xbox controller they last for a long time unless you have small children who use them as a throwing toy or bash them all over your house. There is also the I didn’t mean to spill my cup all over the controller and came and got you instead of trying to dry it off. Over the years my kiddos have put their controllers through hell and they have somehow still work!

Ok controller. Best feature is the Bluetooth feature to connect to other devises, especially gaming on cellphones or devices. The build in button feature to quickly capture screenshots provide quick access without interepting game play. Trying to figure out how to change the button to not Screen capture of game, but record clips instead.

Good controller, bought this and the blue version.
