He requested this specific item for a Christmas gift. He has been using the product and has not requested a return or exchange. He would if he wasn't 100% happy with the controller. The triggers and grips are textured. Very standard feel of a controller. This controller also supports the new rechargeable battery packs that use type-c charging.
