They have not improved much on the engineering but have been relatively creative with their designs

Great control until stickdrift 8 mo. into use

Even after blowing out the modules internally. It works great other than this debilitating stickdrift which means I had to buy another controller, so ultimately it was of low value. If there is a trend in low lifespan for these controllers, the 3 yr microsoft complete insurance may be a necessity which increases the cost of the product, just to have confidence in 3 yrs of use. Something to consider.

Worn out the old one in 10 years

Connected up and works with zero issues. Since the old one lasted 10 years, I expect this one to do the same. Not to mention the price was right and they had it in stock. Great job Best Buy.

It feels more premium and heftt, thats the way i like my controllers. Have bought cheaper imitation ones and they feel very light and cheap. They didnt last at all, so its worth your money to just get the real deal Xbox controller.

The one difference is the rubberized grips. It makes longer gaming sessions much more comfortable for me. Aside from that, the look is top notch. Love the little details. It looks great on my desk too. Razer needs to make a charging stand for it though.
