Functional, good, not great

Was expecting it to be more solid. Using it with a Surface Pro 8 i7/16gb and Xbox Game Pass for cloud gaming. Pairs quickly but drops and reconnects quite often during game play - not good in the heat of the battle. I started using a USB-C to USB-C cable to connect it to the Surface and its now stable.

It lasts a while, however, some buttons do get a bit wasted but I like that they have a warranty so that’s great. Anyways, always recommend this for gifts or stuff like that !!

XBox wireless controller

The fact that it is wireless makes it much easier to use . When friends are over it is definitely the controller of choice. For the price it seems to be a great choice. We would definitely recommend this as an addition to the game system.

Great for use with Nivia Shield!

Needs 2 AA batteries to use, but you could also buy a rechargeable battery pack instead. Works with the Nivia Shield device to play your Steam games and use to work the device instead of your remote! Highly recommend!
