Best Buy held up their end, Microsoft just let me down TWICE. This is the first of two next gen controllers bought both from Best Buy about 5 months apart. Both have connectivity issues. This one took about 2 weeks to start malfunctioning maybe. The second was giving me fits right out of the box. This is a known issue and Microsoft says they are working on a fix but nothing has helped me yet on either pc or console. It’s worth noting that when hardwired using the usb-c port (which is sturdy thank god unlike the micro usb of all previous models) the controller functions 100% correct with no issues or interruptions. I know it’s not Best Buy’s fault but I wish they would warn prospective buyers and maybe give them the option of purchasing a previous model knowing that they are at least going to work (maybe lol) as what they are supposed to be- a wireless controller. This is something I would consider if I were using primarily on console and didn’t have say a 10 or 18 (whichever is necessary) foot usb cable to sit on the living room couch and play Xbox.

Cool controller. The color changes depending on how the light hits it. It is my best looking controller.

Really good! I definitely recommend it, but the batteries don't last long enough. Buy a charger for the batteries (separately).

Works as intended. Nothing fancy. I bought it for the color and it was on sale. Glad I did because now it’s sold out.

This is your standard Microsoft Series X controller, but in a cool blue color. Microsoft branded, so you know quality and compatibility will be nothing to worry about. Buy extra batteries.

New design is great, l like the grip pattern a lot, wish the handles on the sides weren't made slightly smaller in this generation, I liked the full sized grip but oh well, good remote

Controller lasted alightly longer than usual, quality qas definitely there.

For the past 10 years, I have been using my old xbox controller or any other console controller I could find. Giving this controller specifically a chance to change my mind was a very satisfactory decision, the desgin, aesthetics, trigger pressure, button precision and feeling is a huge one up from console controllers. Id highly recommend this if you play fighting games on PC.

After one month of use the controller still works as new brand, I don't have any complain about this except the joystick hurts the fingerprint after 1 hour of use.

It’s held up with no issues for the last 6mo of near daily use. I always have an issue with the bumpers wearing out after 2 years on Xbox controllers so I don’t bother spending $100+. Overall pretty durable and has a quality feel to it that I’ve come to expect from Microsoft that the cheaper knock-offs lack. Connects to PC seamlessly (you will need the adapter of course). It looks great paired with the white docking station. The deep pink color is identical to the picture and I like it.
