The poor rating is for Xbox controllers in general. This one is fine so far. Unfortunately, none of the Xbox controllers seem to last more than 6 months anymore. This is the 3rd replacement for my X system that is only a year old. It seems the latest generation is the least durable. My Xbox 1 controllers survived over a year before needing replacement. and those replacements lasted at least a year. Whereas my Xbox 360 is STILL running fine with it's original contollers. I guess Microsoft has found another source of "subscription" revenue.

Works as required. Just wish for a new comer, they would include directions for what each key/button does.

EVERY single Xbox controller I have owned since the Xbox One release has had some kind of issue with stick drift or sticking/unresponsive buttons. I love the layout and feel of the controller, but cannot spend $50+ every few months to replace...

Color pops its for the girl friend paying more for a color is lame but that is the way of the world

This is better than my previous controller. It has a better ergonomic.

Second one I bought due to being on sale. I was concerned that the white back panel would stain but still looks new with a lot of use.

Amazing controller!! Disappointed it doesn’t have the adaptive triggers like my ps5 controller for that 4 out of 5

I bought this extra Xbox series s controller so my fiancé could play Xbox with me. Works as should and simple to connect to the Xbox.

Excellent controller. Rubber grips and different pad are improvements over the stock controller. I do, however, miss the colored letters on the buttons.

It worked perfect for 3 months and then just gave up Up the quality microsoft

good replacement for a broken controller...love the feeling on joysticks with increased control.

These controllers are high quality and any time they are on sale I do not pass up on the opportunity to get another one for the kids.

Ive had this controller for 2 weeks and already got stick drift again. I understand the product isnt supposed to last 10 years, but 2 weeks is shameful.

Solid controller, the vibration is a little lighter than on last gen. Hard to see letters on buttons in dim lighting.

My son said this is a really nice controller. He is very picky with his gaming stuff, so if he likes it then it’s probably good! Lol

Got free with a bundle, works as you would assume. I will say i feel thses controllers are rather small, little bigger would be nice

Connects fast to a W10 PC. Drops occasionally on Forza but it might just be a game specific issue.

It’s a blue Xbox controller, still uses AA batteries instead of internal batteries. Works just like my other ones.
