Easily the best looking one of all the NEW Xbox controllers available if you ask me.

It happens with all the controllers by the insurance. You can come in and just replace the controller because of the defect.

But when I plug my earbuds or headphones in the controller it has some static noise in the background. A big annoyance to me. Overall, exterior build quality is Quality. For sound IDK if they cut back on plugins or my controller is what it is.

Specific assessable joysticks are specialty items and very expensive. Then there's the set up and how to secure them and keep them from moving etc. Logitech has a decent button set but not everything's gonna work for everyone. That's why they don't really give anything in the box along with this. It's basically a hub. There are two buttons on it and a D pad to start but You'll need more buttons obviously to play a game.  Sony will be releasing adaptive controller that include joystick, so not stuck paying $150+ per stick ( unless you need specific attachment.)
