Thought that I had an issue with one of my other controllers, so I purchased a new one. I found out the issue so I didn't "need" this one but I love it. No issues, works well and HUGE fan of the pulse red color as well

It's a game pad. We don't have an XBox, but instead we got it to use on PC games. It is one of the easiest controllers I've had to connect to a PC.

I really like the slight redesign of this controller! Fits better in my hand!

A great gift to replace my sister in laws controller!

Works great with my OG Xbox One. Looks nice, feels slightly smaller than the original. The texture on the controller is much nicer, too, and gives a better grip. NOTE: the battery door is slightly different than the old one. The rechargeable packs with the build in cover may not fit this controller. Mine didn't.

Love the feel of this controller. Easy to use, easy to connect. The comfort of this controller is much smoother than regular controller. Love the color as well.

It is very easy to use this controller. You can adjust the brightness of the light on the symbol. Also, the left and right joysticks are rubberised giving it a good feel. However the controller is entirely made up of plastic.

I was in need of a new controller and bought this controller on the open box display of Best Buy. For a $10 price difference just for being an open box I cannot complain one bit. There is nothing wrong with this controller at all and I consider it a steal for a wireless controller in today’s market.

This has the best colors of any regular controller. You would have to use Xbox design lab to even get close. Not to mention the texture on the grips is great.

The color is absolutely stunning. I've bought multiple of the shift controllers, and i've loved every single one. This one is no different. It responds to actions quickly and makes gameplay so snooth and nice.

Best Xbox controller, yet. The rougher teture on the back is better for keeping a firm grip, the texture on the trigger buttons is better for sensitivity as well. The redesigned D-Pad is better for fighting games than the earlier controllers. Last but not least, they finally use modern USB-C ports for charging.

This wireless Controller Has been my best choice, I'm very happy I got one, I can complain its been 3 month now and its a pleasure to play with.

Other than the box coming a bit smashed, the controller is great. I bought it as a gift and my bf loves it as it was a serious upgrade from his original controller that came with his Xbox. Has way more grip on the back than the original too

Perhaps mine is a lemon, but it didn't matter as the limited warranty did not apply. Just a warning to buyers, this is of poor quality the malfunctions include: - 6 months of use: Right trigger pad fell off and resulted in a "sticky" trigger issue (very common per online search); completed DIY fix and it was fine - 9 months of use: left bumper button stopped "clicking" (again, very common issue based on search results and other complaints); attempted DIY fix but saw the small plastic part broke inside and found no alternative to fix. overall, I do like the controller layout and functionality with PC gaming; however this is a mechanical failure that cannot be ignored. I have an older Xbox controller 360 that STILL works all buttons are fine after SIX years of use! So I know the quality control can be there.
