He thinks xbox products are the best. And of course we like to shop from best buy because of quality of products and professionalism and knowledge the staff have.

I like the capture button as well. Rechargeable battery pack from the last gen did not fit this controller it still works but I couldn't get the back cover on. No big deal to me.

If you have an old battery pack it works with this new controller but you need a new charging cord. The plug on the controller is a usb C. The screen capture is only photos not video

Quality controller for a fair price

I enjoy the newly added waffle texture on the back of the controller and redesigned D-Pad. Overall if you can get these on sale for under 50$ they are definitely worth it.

Fast response and I love the new grip on triger.

The button for screen shot is fun but I had to get used to not bumping it for a few games. Fast action and response time too. Defiantly a better upgrade than my old Controller.

So far, the durability seems good, but I will have to see how long it last thru more usage. I purchased the 2 year geeks squad replacement plan just in case stick drift occurs.

The previous xbox one controller usually ended up having a phantom drift with the joysticks after 100+ hours of gaming. So far these haven't shown any issues.
