Superb controller

Known connectivity issue-Consider older controller

Came on time as described. However, this is the second next gen Xbox controller I have bought in 6 months and both have the wireless connectivity issues which apparently are known by Microsoft and apparently have a fix coming and/or are already fixed on pc which is what I use mine for, yet I have tried all of the troubleshooting fixes and still have the same problems. Luckily both of my laptops have multiple usb 3.0 ports and when playing at a desk I don’t need to be farther than my longest cable will reach, but when you buy a WIRELESS product you expect to be able to use it WIRELESSLY. While I understand that this is no fault of Best Buy I do wish they would at least add a warning or something to prospective buyers being this is a WELL-KNOWN issue at this point and I imagine when trying to use an actual Xbox with these the hardwiring would be much more of an annoyance.

the smooth connection even with pc

The only downside is that it's not rechargeable and you have to install batteries. It also works fine with PC.
