This controller has a solid feel in your hands! It's reliable and responsive. Color is exactly as pictured and looks great with my set up.

Blue translucent controller looks exceptional! Looks better in hand and when not in use it looks nice on the shelf. It works like any other Xbox controller so all good there. I use it with a long Anker USB-C cable and non batteries on my PC with games on Xbox app, Steam and Epic apps. It did require a firmware update so had to download the controller app. Great value too when you get it on sale.

Cool design with a smooth texture. The controller seems to be ever so slightly larger than my other controllers, and can have connectivity issues when using the rechargeable battery packs.

Great controller charge up quickly and works great

Don't throw it and you probably won't have problems, which applies to most things if we're being honest. I've had an Xbox One controller for a couple years now, and the thumbsticks, bumpers, triggers, and everything else still works exactly as it did when I first got it. I use mine for my Xbox One and PC, and with plenty of use, it has never had an issue. We have several others, one for my brother to use on his PC, one for my girlfriend's Xbox One, and one for her brother, and all of have been reliable. I've used numerous other controllers, such as the PS4 controller, Wii U Pro Controller, the Steam Controller, and many other older controllers, and this one has been the most comfortable and reliable one yet.

I just replaced this controller today with my 2-year plan that I bought one year ago and the controller performed great. I brought this controller back and returned it because the left joystick wasn't registering when I would press it forward. The replacement process was great really simple too. Overall when I go back I'll probably get either this controller or another one like it because I've already used the replacement plan but I'd highly recommend this.

Stopped working after a few months. Microsoft said it was out of warranty after 90 days. It happens, other wise the controllers great. Just buy a warranty

Overall, great controller. Gets the job done. This was an online purchase for delivery, was well informed on delivery date and when it was delivered.

My favorite color is Blue. However, the controller feels just as good as the other Xbox Controllers. I only bought because its blue. No issues with this controller.
