My nephew loves this controller as a gift , but stop working properly after 2 months of use

Same with my gold one it sticks quite a bummer these are the only option for at least mediocre quality anything cheaper and you’re really missing out.. but Xbox needs to step up their game w controller quality. I’ll never buy a special one again they all break at the same speed

After only 2 years of light use the rubber cover over the one joy stick started to fall off.

Whilst the controller is fully functional, the box tape seals were open and the controller itself was dusty and sticky in some areas. After a clean it looked fine, but I didn’t expect a product in such a condition coming from Best Buy. Either way, the controller was sent in its original box and came with two batteries.

Had a hard time finding this color in stock anywhere but Best Buy came through. It does what an Xbox controller is meant to do. The finish on the controller has held up well and hasn't shown any signs of wear even with regular daily use.

Your average xbox controller just a different color. I wouldn't pay full price for it, wait for a sale. Or save up for a pro controller.

It’s a controller and it seems to work. This was a gift for my son and he likes it so that’s a win.

Beautiful unique controller original xbox one controller for my son, however cheap parts when it comes to the joy sticks modules. Drifting occurred within 6 months to year of use. Returned and exchanged, got lucky there was only 1 left at another store out of state. If traded for another style due to availability Best Buy was only going to offer $30 and some change for exchange. Microsoft and Playstation need to provide higher quality parts for their controllers. Moreso a them issue then a bestbuy issue.

Control has not last 5 months without having horrible stick drift.

Great controller, great price. Shipping was also fast. I highly recommend.

While it feels good, the materials are not that good and the right bumber gets stuck or the analog gets drift.

Same old xbox standards absolutely a shott in the dark what you will get. No quality control whatsoever.

Don't buy this I w returned this item for replacement several times.

Has a very unique color and I think is a great addition to the color line

I had difficulty connecting the controller to my Xbox. I had to link it using a cord, then it would stay connected without the cord. After 2 weeks, it started disconnecting while playing. A few days later, it won't connect to the Xbox at all. I have tried every fix recommended by Xbox support.

The contreller is solid a typical XBOX controller with bluetooth capabilities. My only gripe is the triggers at some point tend to stick a little. This isbmy 5th controller and it has happened again. Cleaning the trigger helps but eventually it sticks again. Feels like the plastics are trying to become one. It seems like a common trend this year with XBOX controllers.

Controller worked great for two weeks now it randomly disconnects I’ve updated and tried everything Microsoft told me to do helped none. A two week return period is not acceptable.

It's a really good controller. I just wish it had rechargeable batteries
