I purchased this controller to replace the one in a purchase I made from another store. I didnt know the controller they sent with the use xbox was broken, so I bought this one from Best Buy where I always get good quality service to replace it. I would recommend Best Buy for all electronic needs.

I have and casually play an Xbox one s. I really love these cross-gen controllers with the flat d-pad. The electric volt is such a cool color too. I impulsively bought this controller (despite having several other wireless controllers at home) and I have no regrets. It's become my go-to controller.

Works great - I use it with Xcloud and Samsung TV while traveling and it works very well (depending on internet connection). Just pair with bluetooth and go - I only need to pack the controller and a charging cable.

Xbox controllers have been a favorite of mine for a long time and they stay true to their style. Having the option for batteries or a rechargeable battery pack is great. Used mainly on a pc

I like it but wish it didn;t still use batteries, cmon ppl it's 2024, it's time for rechargeable system for free in it! Sony had it since PS3, nintenda had it since Wii U.

Like the title states. This special edition controller has such beautiful details, the ergonomics, the colors, i love every detail on it. But when you actually are playing with it, the buttons feel...i dont loose? Wobbling? Cheap? May be just my unit, but I dont like that :/ for being this expensive

The only reason I purchased this controller was because of the color. But, I haven’t used it because Ive kept myself busy with school and work. It’s still a nice controller.

I bought this specifically to connect to PC. It's great that it can connect to Windows very easily. Some games just play better on a controller so I wanted the newer series x/a controller rather than my old Xbox one controllers.

On launch day, I was very happy to secure a XBOX Series X - a hugely in demand next generation console. I was able to get the unit from a company that has a red and white bullseye as its corporate logo. Based on observing the difficulty in which people are having getting the console, I figured there might be supply-demand issues for other critical components such as this product so I purchased on during Best Buy Black Friday Thanksgiving special. So far this product has remained in its box (unopened). I did get a sizeable discount on this product with the Best Buy Thanksgiving Sale special pricing. I have been using the black controller that came with the console and enjoy it very much. My only fear is that the controller might suffer the same irregular potentiometer drift issue that I experienced with the previous XBOX console generation (XBOX One X). I have about 5 controllers and all but 1 suffered from that annoying drift issue which made many game unplayable such as COD:MW where tight control of the analog stick is imperative. If the stick in neutral position is drifting, it is very difficult to overcome that during gameplay.

They haven’t really changed since the Xbox 360, and have t changed at all since last gen. That said, my only real gripe is no rechargeable battery. These things eat AAs too, so expect to go through a lot or buy a third party rechargeable since the Microsoft ones are always out of stock everywhere.
