Bluetooth issues

However using bluetooth it constantly disconnects and reconnects but if i use the official microsoft adapter for the controller on my PC then it stays connected and doesnt constantly disconnect.

Great controller

The grips are great too. My left stick took a bit of working in as it was getting stuck a bit out of the box, but some are just like that.
