I'm really glad I ordered the official controller and battery pack. Everything works perfectly on both my gaming build and my laptop. I like that it can charge and be plugged in to continue playing and that you don't need an extra charger as it has the usbc port as well. Really comfortably, good grip surface. I initially bought it because I loved the monochromatic color scheme. I was pleasantly surprised to find the back of the controller grips were textured rubber, making it easier to hold onto during intense game sessions or heat waves.

This is a great controller that I highly recommend. Microsoft really outdid themselves with these newly designed controllers, and the choice of colors for this one in particular are my favorite!

The controller works very smoothly. The red top and white bottom is a stylish color combination.

Durable, confortable and well crafted the xbox controller works well on your console as well as blue tooth enabled tablets pc's and phones. After major wear and tear the device may experience stick drift unfortunately.

The inside grips combined with tbe side grips make for a great experience while gaiming. Not to mention the design and attention to detail. Including the transparent triggers and note inside the battery cover.

This controller is great for Steam. My favorite feature about this controller is the battery. It's not embedded. Sure, you have to replace the battery every so often, but this will make your controller last so much more than the ladder. I had similar controllers like this for the Xbox 360 and they easily lasted through the lifetime of the console. This is an easy pick. The customer service at the location I was at leaves something to be desired. It's a shame because the customer service at Best Buy used to be pretty good before the pandemic. The employees I interacted with weren't really friendly. They didn't greet me and didn't thank me at all for shopping there. It felt more like I was in a local bodega than a central store in the middle of the city. Definitely not coming to Best Buy Union Square for the time being.

The original X controller was having issues staying connected to my Xbox so I bought this one. I also had a difficult time reading the X,Y,B and A as they blended in with the black background and I am a newbie to XBox gaming. This one is awesome, lighter in weight so easier to hold, bright colored lettering and it connected immediately and stays so. So far I've had no issues at all. I really like it.
