    It's a XBOX Series X/S controller ,get the extended warranty or be a total tech member so you can swap it out, you will get stick drift,buttons stick or triggers stick. this is what I have experienced.

    Pretty nice controller but it goes through batteries super fast. So I have resorted to just plugging it in, thus negating the “wireless” aspect. I’m not even a full time gamer.

    Works great but I'm not clear on why the system doesn't include 2 controllers. Seems like a cash grab that they could just add cost to system price. Offering one bundle with extra controller as an option would be OK too. The extra controller is essential for the system.
