    When my controller arrived, I open the package and the controller look like it had mud all over it. But after a good cleaning and a disassemble, the controller works great.

    This review is not for this controller. Controller is just fine, no issues. This is only way I could write a review on best buy. I've spent 5 hours online trying to refresh and refresh and refresh to get an xbox series x and its been saying coming soon all day when the sale was supposed to start at 9 am. Half the time u refresh the page it says something went wrong and/or its too crowded in here. Then I call to ask and wait tile was over 2 hours. So I decided to chat. The chat agent had no idea there was even a restock today. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER
