Microsoft would not send a replacement for this issue. The controller itself is comfortable and well-designed but it’s not good value considering its price and lack of longevity.

The d-pad is completely different and the entire controller feels better. Couldn’t recommend more

Blue is is favorite color. I was happy to see that smile on his face. Overall it works just as well as the original but stands out more
