Whereas I'll admit that I only bought this because as a Kentucky fan I wanted the blue and white color scheme, I can honestly say this is hands down the most comfortable controller I've ever held. Only slight updates were made to the previous xbox controller, but they are immediately noticeable in the hand. There is some new texturing to help with gripping the controller on the back and on the triggers. The D-pad going with a shield design is a significant upgrade and feels very much in-line with what you would get from an elite controller. I have noticed that there seems to be limited PC compatibility, but that will likely come with time and new updates.

I looking for a controller which i can use with windows laptop to play games but i didnt have alot of budget so i scrolling through bestbuy app and found this gem. But it wasnt going to make purchase just by looking at the controller i went to the store to get the feel of the controller. When i held the controller in my hand i felt a premium feel and i decided to make the purchase i have been using that controller ever since and its been good experience

This controller is an upgrade from the previous xbox controller. It has much better grip and the share button is great for quick screenshots!

This controller is great for Steam. My favorite feature about this controller is the battery. It's not embedded. Sure, you have to replace the battery every so often, but this will make your controller last so much more than the ladder. I had similar controllers like this for the Xbox 360 and they easily lasted through the lifetime of the console. This is an easy pick. The customer service at the location I was at leaves something to be desired. It's a shame because the customer service at Best Buy used to be pretty good before the pandemic. The employees I interacted with weren't really friendly. They didn't greet me and didn't thank me at all for shopping there. It felt more like I was in a local bodega than a central store in the middle of the city. Definitely not coming to Best Buy Union Square for the time being.

Controller works wonders as did the previous gen version. The new textures added to the controller add a great sense of tactility and makes gripping the controller easier as there are small groves to help with holding the controller during long gaming sessions. Being able to pair up to previous Xbox devices and receivers makes using this as simple as it could possibly be, It doesn't desert the old receivers. Downside, you do have to purchase a new rechargeable battery as you cannot use the old gen with this newer controller.

I've been using Xbox controllers for a long time now, and I particularly love the new Series S/X ones the most. I had a blue one before I purchased this one, but this is genuinely the most beautiful Xbox controller I've ever owned in my opinion. And it works like it's supposed to. For the price, I would recommend it in a heartbeat.

purchased this Xbox controller from Best Buy and I’m very satisfied with it. The controller feels solid and comfortable in my hands, even during long gaming sessions. The buttons are responsive, the triggers are smooth, and the joysticks feel precise, which really improves gameplay.

I have only encountered one problem with this controller, and that would be that around 35-40% battery, the left side buttons start malfunctioning. lol Thankfully, it can be used while it's plugged in, but the first time that it happened, I was quite confused.

One of the best looking controllers I've seen. The controller is basic in term of an Xbox controller but I love the purple-blue shade of the controller. Definitely would recommend.

Xbox controllers are the best controllers out there. Most comfortable. Best button layout. Most durable and most flexible as you can pair then with many other devices. Love the colors they have to allow for each person in our house to pick their own favorite color amd controller for use.

I’ve always had basic black XBox controllers, but this color way coordinates well with other black accessories, and visually pays homage to the classic XBox brand. I also use it seamlessly with my Windows 11 PC to play Diablo IV instead of using a keyboard and mouse so I can just relax on the couch instead of being at a desk.

The controller was a replacement for my Xbox series S OEM controller. The new one feels nicer on the hand all the triggers, buttons, and sticks work great

Great controller, I bought this a while back not and it works great. I can't speak to the durability of it as I don't play often. I do like the texture of the grip and the tactile feeling of the actual button press. I'd recommend this product for people who play games for fun but you would want something better if your intent was to be competitive.

My favorite color is Blue. However, the controller feels just as good as the other Xbox Controllers. I only bought because its blue. No issues with this controller.

I’ve been waiting so patiently and long to get my hands on this controller. When the Series X came out, it was only blue, white, and black. I had a couple of buddies grab the blue controller, but I had a strong feeling Xbox would release a red series x controller, which they did. It’s great and I haven’t had stuck drift yet! The underneath grips for the palms of your hands don’t wear fast and I’ve been able to game for hours on end, on multiple occasions! Very satisfying controller! Highly recommended!

Reccomend this to anyone in need of a controller. The quality is great. It is sturdy and not cheap. Each pattern is unique. easily the best generation of xbox controllers yet. definitely worth every penny.
