I bought it on sale and I was looking forward to used it. I connected to my android device to play deadcells and it kept crashing! I asked around and some friends told me to update it and I did. I worked for two days and then crashed again! Furthermore is batteries operated which sucks.

If you are still experiencing this issue please ensure you have the latest service update for Windows. Stopped working

It never got dropped. Looks like it is in perfect condition but stopped working. After the return window and of course I didn't buy the protection plan.
