Excellent controller . Looks amzing and grips feel great on the hands

Look and feel are awesome. Crisp button action (as would be expected in a new controller).

Compared to last gen controllers , microsoft truly evolved thete controllers . This version feels amazing in your hand and smoother . Could also tell my gaming got a tad bit better ! Satisfied overall

It may be just another Xbox controller, but the color is exceptional. The slow transition between gold and black adds so much character to the controller. 

i bought this controller solely for use on a pc via bluetooth and it works but connecting could be more simple. itll connect every time but only after turning bluetooth off then back on on the pc while the controller is trying to connect. it just feels like a bit of extra work every time when it should just be press the xbox button and be done with it. maybe im doing something wrong but it should be self explanatory. overall im ok with it though and the controller works fine

Ok honestly , the Xbox official controllers have always been a favorite of mine. I prefer them much more than a third-party controllers that being said this particular controller was straight up defective. I noticed this is as a trend not just with Best Buy but other stores as well. Maybe it’s the batches. I don’t know. What I do know is that this one drift it within a week of having it.

Awesome product, it’s been a game changer so far for me

The redesign is very welcome and the transition to USB C makes perfect sense for the charge and play packs. Wish they’d do away with user replaceable batteries, but the charge and play kits are affordable enough I guess. If you don’t get those, make sure to have AAs handy as they won’t last long for extended gaming sessions.

What's really nice about the Xbox controllers is that you can also connect to a laptop or phone. Though from my experience, not enough games on mobile support a controller.

I try not to get overly excited about electronics, but this Color Way is FIREE. Second controller I buy and definitely won’t be the last. Need more colors tho fam.

Loved how eazy it was to get this and it works amazing. Also thought the color was going to brighter but to my suprise it was pretty dark and i like it alot!

Easily the best controller mircosoft has made. Shortened the trigger travel distance, the stick feel stiffer and also smoother at the same time so I feel like stick drift hopefully wont be a big issue. The d pad is awesome, they added more of that plastic stock grip where you hold and also on the trigger and bumpers.

The new Xbox controllers are a major upgrade from the Xbox one generation. Absolutely worth the upgrade. Also the starfield model is VERY cool and looks great in person.

Solid controller. And color really pops. No issues so far. And even when they do arise, I have the warranty which Best Buy offered for a great price for 2 years.

Just love the new design and the grip on the buttons!
