It has a solid feel to it and is basically like every other Xbox controller. Bought it for the color and look. It’s one of the better looking controllers for Series X. Customer service was fantastic. They assisted me in locating the specific isle where the item was located. Overall experience was great. Product works well and I've had no issues while using the controller.
