Good warranty only thing was once you return it you have to pay for warranty again. Should be covered for life the first charge

Bought this controller as “open box”, but it was basically brand new. All buttons are responsive and the thumb sticks feel great. The Xbox controller just has such a nice design and feel to it when you have it in your hands. It’s the best.

Amzing controller and the palm grips felt grippy without it being like sand paper. The triggers feel good as well.

It’s a little smaller than a regular Xbox one controller, but I like. I do like the D-pad, although when you click on the dpad, it’s noticeably louder, like a loud clicking sound each push. I do like the new texture on the triggers and on the back.

This game controller is definitely near the top of class. Very underrated and very user friendly.

Even as a PC gamer, when you need a controller yo just cant beat the Xbox controller. The Starfield design is quite simple but I like the clean look.

First thing update the software through Xbox system. I went to use it on iPad first and it wasn't calibrated properly and gave me issues until I synced with Xbox to upgrade. Otherwise a great controller and solid build.

Still can't believe the price i got it for. Same as the one that came w the series x just carbon black. Rechargeable batteries from the xbox one controller worked with this one. I just wish consoles came w 2 controllers like they did back in the day.

Microsoft ever since the Xbox 360 has made arguably the best controllers. The Shock Blue is a beautiful controller and the colors look like a love letter to SEGA! I purchased this controller for my daughter for Christmas and she loves it!
