Put the controller on my Best Buy total membership. Controller stopped working. Dec. 2025 Went back and got store credit instead of my controller back. They said because it’s more expensive. Had to walk out without the product that I paid for. Misleading Best Buy total membership.

The controller does not pair well with bluetooth and I did not yet buy the dongle. There are constant drops even after following advice online about updates, bluetooth type, range, etc. The PS5 controller works much better over bluetooth with DS4WINDOWS.

We're sorry that there's an issue using your new Xbox wireless controller with Windows 10 PC through Bluetooth. If you are still experiencing this issue please ensure you have the latest service update for Windows. You can find available Windows updates by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates on your Windows 10 PC. In some cases, there may be a button that says “View optional updates”, and you may be required to click there to find the update.
