Works well, connected easily, came with batteries but i have rechargeable packs, feels good to hold, and was a good deal.

I really like this controller. I've always been a Playstation guy but it's hard to deny how comfortable and how great this remote feels. Switching over to computer gaming, I decided to use an xbox controller during the transition and so far it has not disappointed. Pros: - great value - great quality, feels amazing in hand - analog sticks have a great feel to it - wireless Cons: - no charging cable included (knew this before purchasing) - eats batteries rather quickly

Works just as expected. No issues whatsoever. Nice color.

Love the shifting paint scheme. At first I thought it was just a plain purple on the ends and bottom, blue in the upper center finish. But the colors do change as you look at the controller at a different angle. Wish MS would release a special edition of their consoles to match. I use mine currently with Game Pass via Quest 2 headset. Paired easily, and inputs are quick.

This replaced a used Xbox One controller for my (refurbished) Xbox One X. The used controller was the second one I exchanged (from another vendor), and the right trigger would stick. The RB would not always actuate, and the LS would sometimes drift. This one was on sale at BBY and I decided it was time for a brand-new controller. The size is about the same, I thought the grips would be a little longer, but I like the Hybrid D-Pad and textured grips. The ABXY buttons are a little loose and 'clicky', but not a deal breaker. At least everything is working as expected so far and nothing drifts or sticks. And besides the original warranty, TotalTech (if you have it), covers this controller (so I've been told by BBY).

Designed for the Series X, but it’s new design and comfort is nice. It feels premium and works well with last generation Xboxes. The colors are always blue, red and white. Very nice product.

Better than the PS5 controller in my opinion. I like the grippy feel around the analog sticks and back. Feels nice in the hands as well. Bought it for games on Steam that I use the controller on since they always seem to have an Xbox control scheme, and it gets confusing when using a Dualshock controller. Went for that classic 360 white color. Highly recommend it!

The white Xbox One controller has been great for me. I really like the clean, simple look, and it feels comfortable in my hands even during long gaming sessions. The textured back helps with grip, and the sticks and triggers feel smooth and responsive—especially in racing and shooter games. The wireless connection has been solid with basically no lag, and the battery life has been reliable whether I’m using AAs or a rechargeable pack. It might not have some of the newer features found on the Xbox Series controllers, but it’s still a durable, dependable controller that works perfectly on my Xbox and PC. Overall, I’m really happy with it.

Bought my wife a series X, but she wanted a a girly set up rather than just and all white/black controller. Best buy had them in stock same day pickup she loved had it about a month now. Always go for the name brand xbox controller no stick drift and always hold up. Ive had a neon green one for about 2 years and it still holding uo great. Worth the money 100%

This is a surprisingly well built controller. My last long-term experience with Xbox controllers was with the 360 controller, and I ended up moving on to primarily PC gaming with a Dual Shock 4 to play pad games. I ended up getting this controller because I heard the directional pad had been greatly upgraded since the mushy days of the 360. I am happy to report that this is absolutely the case and the tactile feeling of the pad has worked well for fighting games. It is precise, fun to use, and an overall comfortable experience. I deduct a single star for not being a rechargable controller, instead opting for battery operation like the old 360 controller.

I picked my grandson up for a visit over a holiday weekend break. On the way to my house, he mentioned his controller broke. I needed a replacement ASAP. Just happened to be near Best Buy in Rockville. Stopped in, staff was ready to assist, the store had a nice selection of controllers which also happened to be on sale. YAY! I convinced him to select this basic Microsoft Xbox Wireless Controller. He then found an accessory button covers he had to have for the controller. I recommend the controller, and the Best Buy Rockville location.

I recieved this as a free bonus gift for purchasing a 65 inch QN95B Samsung tv through Best Buy. This specific model tv has XBox built in that allows the controller provided to operate all the features and play game right off the tv without needing a console. The controller is a great design, but requires AA batteries, however I purchased a rechargable battery pack and cable kit from Microsoft that works better for my gaming needs.

Can’t go wrong with the Xbox one controller. I’m using it for PC gaming, connecting to my laptop via Bluetooth, and it works great! I’m satisfied!
