Ive owned a lot of controllers and by far this is my favorite one. The grip on the backside is just so well done that it assist in long term use of the controller.

It feels like an upgrade with my Series X because of the grip improvements and slightly smaller size. I'm over 6' tall with pretty big hands and I like this controller better than the last version.

But if you’re a heavy gamer, I strongly recommend you purchase the extended warranty. Either the lest analog or a bumper button will go bad within a year.
