We're sorry if there's an issue using your new Xbox wireless controller with Windows 10 PC through Bluetooth. If you are still experiencing this issue please ensure you have the latest service update for Windows. You can find available Windows updates by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates on your Windows 10 PC. In some cases, there may be a button that says “View optional updates”, and you may be required to click there to find the update.
Once that is complete you will also need to make sure the controller firmware is up to date by checking for additional updates within the Xbox Accessories app. If you continue to experience a problem, please check with our team at Xbox Support for assistance here: https://beta.support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/controller/wireless-controller-solution

Wish the sticks had better life span and were a little stiffer so that the controller would last longer. The triggers also seem a little weak and could be beefed up some more. The controller plastic also feels a little cheap. I know this sounds like a negative review but it isn't. I can get 4-6 months out of a controller but mind you i average about 100 hours a week of game play on a controller and I'm not gentle with my commands when i play. So for most people it would probably last much longer.
