Stick drift on the left analog stick within 2 months of pretty good use. Quality has gone downhill. Microsoft knows the issues and hasn't done anything to resolve it.

I break one every few months, they start drifting off center or sticking, no way to clean them / fix them / recenter them. I end up replacing regularly.
