Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.That’s the worst open box purchase that I ever bought from Best Buy I got the controller it is dirty The box is destroyed from the shipping and the controller wasn’t working at all The buttons are sticky When I want to try to exchange it, they said no exchange on the return, I had to buy a brand new one instead of exchange it I got it with the black Friday discount and I had to buy it for full price later wasn’t convenient at all
