Nothing but disconnects

I have nothing but disconnects with this on PC and Xbox!! I even did the required update and still the same disconnects. It is not long but just enough to be inconvenient. It does work wired but it's a wireless controller! Supposedly Microsoft is working on a patch now for two months!
