Was very easy, just had to say I was there on the app. The gentleman who got my item was very friendly. As for the controller, you know what you're getting. The grip on the new controllers is very nice. I forget I'm holding it for hours at a time, and that's a good thing!

The keyboard inputs are on/off, which isn't ideal for driving. A controller solves that problem & gives a more immersive driving experience than a keyboard. I'm satisfied with my purchase & think it was well worth the $60.

The trigger grips are great and the textured grip on the back of the controller are much nicer than the previous version. The capture button can sometimes be accidentally pressed leading to an unwanted screenshot, but in my opinion it's worth the convenience when you do want a quick clip or screenshot.
