Not as good as last gen controller.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I game on pc and this controller is not as good as the last gen controller. the first one i bought had connectivity issues and would often times act like a mouse and glitch off and on between mouse mode and controller. The new one I got works but in some games does not show up as an xbox controller it shows up as xinput device. this is mostly caused by software issues from microsoft. this controller does use less power though so batteries will last you weeks.

He picked this out himself. It arrived quickly, well packaged and in great condition. Works great and he loves it so much I also got one for his brother!

A Worthwhile Upgrade and Great on PC

It has diagonals on the d-pad, so if you're into street fighting games and have to perform motions that require diagonals, get this version instead of the previous one. It also has better grips on the back and on the thumb sticks. The functionality is pretty much the same, but it's just a bit more comfortable to hold and play with. The color is beautiful and nice to look at when you pick it up. It also works great on PC on Steam and other platforms. Recommended!

The d-pad and LB/RBs are nice and clicky. Just an overall great controller. I was thinking of taking a star off because I was having constant disconnections (like many others) so it made the controller unusable but I am now no longer having those issues.

Random disconnects can occur for multiple reasons, including low battery and competing wireless devices. I found out the issue so I didn't "need" this one but I love it. No issues, works well and HUGE fan of the pulse red color as well
