I believe Best Buy also sells the Bluetooth 4.0 which I use for this control. Very comfortable and easy to setup I also ending up buying a rechargeable battery for it for extended play.

The defect would have easily been diagnosed with simple tools at the warehouse. I tried to return it in store, but they refused to refund the order since the serial number on the controller did not match that of the box. I called bestbuy support and they said that I should just return it via shipping to them and they will take care of it. Overall, if the refund goes through, this will be an unfortunate but good experience. But I will think twice before purchasing another used item from Bestbuy.

The material feels great but my only gripe is that when using the triggers, the sound of the plastic knocking together feels extremely cheap, like there's no OOMPH that the previous generation did. Not a deal breaker, just something I've noticed.

Very comfortable, and once you get used to having a third button in the middle of the controller capturing all types of things will be a breeze.

Firstly if you have batter packs as soon as one battery dies just swap and charge that one and bam repeat the cycle. No connecting a cable to charge it.
