If you have an old battery pack it works with this new controller but you need a new charging cord. The plug on the controller is a usb C. The screen capture is only photos not video

He thinks xbox products are the best. And of course we like to shop from best buy because of quality of products and professionalism and knowledge the staff have.

So far, the durability seems good, but I will have to see how long it last thru more usage. I purchased the 2 year geeks squad replacement plan just in case stick drift occurs.

No issues with drift or anything. Feels ok, of course rubber grip would be better but I like the simple format of it all.

Make sure you have a type-c cord for it if you are gonna used it wired, and update the firmware for the controller so you don’t have any connectivity issues!

The previous xbox one controller usually ended up having a phantom drift with the joysticks after 100+ hours of gaming. So far these haven't shown any issues.
