Great for the value, my son wanted a new Xbox controller for Christmas. The price was great and there were plenty of these left in stock especially since I bought this on Christmas Eve.

The controller feels great overall. Its not an exact copy of the previous gen, The replacement of the traditional D-pad with the new circular design is a welcome addition. The new snapshot/screen record button cuts downs on the time needed to do these functions previously by at least half. The change of the shoulder button materials feel intrinsically better. The drawbacks are that said record button can be confused with the other two buttons which will lead to you recording/screenshot things you didn't want to. It takes time to get accustomed to. The controller packaging doesn't state that it needs a USB-C cable to charge/directly connect to your X1X/X1S. The previous gens micro usb wires will not work. If you use strikepack mods like i do, they will not fit on the battery compartment like the previous gens controller. The compartment is too slim to hold it/the pad is too large to fit. The same aforementioned micro usb obsolescence applies here as well. The USB port suffers from the same fragility that the previous controllers have. If you drop your controller enough times or use the port too much, it will stop reading the cables consistently. Not sure if its just me but this has happened to other controllers.

Got this controller because my original series x controller would disconnect when I had to swap batteries and would not reconnect unless I restarted the console. I have not had that issue with this contoller.

They work good. You might needed more then one if you are going ro be playing with a friend.

Controller connected to my pc immediately. It is comfortable and responsive.

I don’t think it’s for every controller in this series, but initially (and still occasionally) there’s a weird high pitched static that you can hear from the light of the controller, and if you use a headset there’s a weird static that your mic picks up too. Still cool though, despite my left joystick getting a type of drift I’ve never had before.

It’s great. It’s does what what advertised. I like the color as well. I’ve found that the usb-c has a tighter fit and the audio jack works great.

This controller is great! I had to replace my original controller and saw this one. The color sticks out so I know which one is mine. The grip is also better than the one that came with my Xbox One.

It's a solid controller until you get stick drift on the analog. It happens with all the controllers by the insurance. You can come in and just replace the controller because of the defect.

This controller has a material with a grip feeling which makes it feel secure in your hands.

Love how the controller feels! They are way better than the old controllers and love the capture feature too.

It's an Xbox controller. It does what it's supposed to do. No flaws that I can see
