First off..color is amazing my daughter absolutely loves it. The only real issue she has are the buttons compared to our other controllers take quite a bit of force for them to register, i can only assume this is just a manufacturing issue since these are mass produced.

I've been using a wired controller for almost a year and decided to buy a wireless controller. I was disappointed to find this controller states it works via Bluetooth, but it simply won't connect to my PC via Bluetooth. I have done all the updates on my computer, even the optional ones. I used a cord to update the controller as well. It still didn't work. After searching numerous forums I found this is a common issues. Either it'll never connect via Bluetooth or it will connect and disconnect constantly. One suggestion from Microsoft is to buy the wireless adapter for it to connect to instead of Bluetooth, that's just more money for them right. Sure I can connect via USB cable, but then what's the point of spending the extra money for a wireless controller? I am returning the controller and sticking to wired, which sucks because it would be nice to have a reliable controller without a cord in the way.

Main power button was not responding after a couple weeks. Bestbuy exchanged it and all is okay now.

Good controller but the home button seems non responsive at times. Overall a good controller for pc and xbox

Poor quality. 45 days from purchase it’s stick drifting. I’m pass the return period of 30 days. Pathetic

This Xbox One controller works well and has Microsoft's continuing quality. The graphics were a big hit. Per normal, theses controllers are more expensive than they should be.

Constantly temporarily disconnects from my laptop while I'm playing minecraft

Controller stick drifted after a month, past return window, like it was just waiting. There is no end to this Microsoft

I hate this controller. Do not recommend. Wish i could return but the return window was very small. The color doesnt make up for the abysmal stick drift. Zero out of ten stars.

Works like it's supposed to. Just wish it was all red and not white in the back

I purchased my controller on 3/7/21 and had to return it on 3/10. The overall design of the controller is much better than the original Xbox One controller but the quality control is quite poor. The controller gets stuck on the adhesive inside it. The right trigger would stay compressed after letting go. There was also an issue where the Y button would not register on occasion. You can easily find stories on Reddit if you want to do more research. That is not something you want to deal with during the entirety of your ownership process. If you need a controller for PC I would not recommend this at all. If you are on the Xbox Platform and need a controller I recommend putting it through the works during the first 15 days to see if there are any defects so that you can return or exchange the controller. I also recommend the Geek Squad 2 year warranty as you can easily replace the controller if any issues arise.

I love this one. It’s smoother than the original Xbox One controller and, because of the cool color, my kid can’t steal it. It works perfect on my Xbox One and my new Series X.

I love the color scheme for this Series controller. I've had it for over a year now and haven't experienced drift. Xbox makes quality products.

It's fine, connects super easy with everything. wish it was a 360 controller

This controller has been perfect so far. I love the feel in my hands while playing games. I use this for both my xbox and PC. On PC it seems to have less lag than my previous controller.

The controls are good but they feel just like the old ones just now it has a share button just wish they had a little more grip

Shape a little big for smaller hands. Buttons stick or don't work after heavy usage.

The color is so nice, actually looks exactly as it does on box or displayed online and the sides of the controller has a rubber like texture great for grip.
