[Employee of bestbuy] Loved how eazy it was to get this and it works amazing. Also thought the color was going to brighter but to my suprise it was pretty dark and i like it alot!

THIS controller is actually working well and doesn't have stick drift. However, I've purchased 3 of the same over the last few years and they all got stick drift pretty immediately. So that's roughly $240 to get one functioning controller. XBox's problem. Such a known issue that Best Buy only gives a 14 day return window. You have to fork over $20 bucks to extend that to 2 years. Probably worth the $20 bucks though considering.

within 8 months of fairly regular, normal use, stickdrift became a bad problem. Even after blowing out the modules internally. It works great other than this debilitating stickdrift which means I had to buy another controller, so ultimately it was of low value. If there is a trend in low lifespan for these controllers, the 3 yr microsoft complete insurance may be a necessity which increases the cost of the product, just to have confidence in 3 yrs of use. Something to consider.

Ive been using for red dead redemption 2 on pc so ive had about 50 hours of game play with it and it works great plus with a rechargeable battery i can’t complain about a thing!

The control works just as intended, it is an x box brand item ask work accordingly.

Easy to connect to system to start playing. Easy to use and works great to move game play.

The controller preforms like any other controller. The only difference is that it is a blue translucent color which cool.

Pretty much the same as the XBOX one controllers from before. Maybe slightly smaller, the Dpad makes a clicking noise when pressed now. The only new feature is an extra button under the xbox logo which is for quik screenshots. It was a little annoying at first because I kept bumping it when trying to hit the back button.

This new controllers are really nice I enjoy them will keep buying them

Great. Its an xboxk controller and it controls my xbox.

It works the same as any other Xbox controller it's not special in that regard. However it does feel great to hold, and looks great as well. I'm excited for Starfield which is obviously why I bought this.

The controller was a gift for my daughter. She loves it. Shipping was fast and my daughter is happy with it.
