The Bluetooth is almost unplayable. It disconnect and forgets its calibration. It acts like it has analog stick drift as well. Using a cable (which it does not come with one) fixes all the Bluetooth issues I had. So 1 star for Bluetooth and 5 stars when using a cable to get really 2 and a half stars. If using on the PC, use a cable, Bluetooth is broken.

We're sorry that there's an issue using your new Xbox wireless controller with Windows 10 PC through Bluetooth. If you are still experiencing this issue please ensure you have the latest service update for Windows. You can find available Windows updates by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates on your Windows 10 PC. In some cases, there may be a button that says “View optional updates”, and you may be required to click there to find the update.

5 month warranty?

I started experiencing stick drift after 6 months of ownership of my last one. I am confident Microsoft knew about this issue when choosing the warranty term.

Only problem i had was the controller often was disconnecting from my wireless adapter connected to my pc so i had to update it thru xbox app in windows store.

Purchased this for the previous gen consoles, Xbox one x. It works great and the feel of the controller is somehow better than an already great controller. The d-pad is an improvement I didn’t know I needed. The share button is incredibly useful. Not sure if I’ll go back to the previous Xbox controller.
