The new style of the Xbox controllers is so comfortable on the hands. This controllers feels amazing and it looks beautiful.

The controllers were replacements for my kids. Well, more like the 8 billionth replacement of the original ones that came w/ the console. But, they were easily set up, fairly priced, etc. And if you listen carefully...you can hear my kids losing their minds on any given night either trash talking, or whining about someone trash talking them in game. Ahh, the joys of parenthood. Good times....

Good quality, easy to use, good battery life, comfortable to use.

I ordered an open-box controller listed as 10 excellent condition to replace my worn-out controller with serious stick drift issues. Sorry to say, the controller I received looked worn, included incorrect parts and was even more worn out than the old controller I was replacing, and had even worse drift. Disappointing. On the plus side, return was easy and service was fine when I returned it the local BB store. Sales person was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I'll take 25% of the blame for being frugal and going after an open-box in the first place, but what I received was not what was advertised. I've had good luck with other open-box items over the years at BB, but on this one, my luck ran out.

The kids love this. Three kids in the home and they wanna to play games with each other. A great buy and stress relief.

Perfect controller nice grips and color and brings battery

These guys pretty much stay the same but better quality! So glad that we can keep replacing our old ones and they are always compatible and easy to set up. The battery does seem to die a little faster but maybe it's my imagination.

Great sound ; style , design , function and durability

While MS has fallen from 1st to just behind in 2nd in the controller war with PS5, this controller still has an incredible feel with great fidelity. The lack of touch pad and haptics are minor drawbacks. Button stick, and case feel are still best in class.

Great controller, I have been accustomed to Playstation controllers my whole life but I bought this to play certain games on my PC and this newest version has impressed me alot. It fits in my hands better than the old xbox controllers. The D-pad has great feedback and fluidity, the joysticks are very comfortable but my favorite is the smoothness and THOCC of the triggers.
