Xbox controllers Are the best. But. from Best Buy During Thanksgiving sale. Could not be happier. Holiday return Policy is excellent. I didn't have to return. I'm enjoying it.

Works perfect. Needed a 2nd controller and I only buy controllers from the brands. 3rd party controllers are trash!

Looks good, feels good. Besides the obvious strengths of this controller, the fact that it looks this good is almost a feature in of itself

I would recommend this controller if you really need a controller and save money comes looking new and doesn’t smell bad like the ones from GameStop that smell like cigarettes

Every time a controller break i’m coming back to best buy because this controller sometimes feel better then the one that comes with the consoles.

I would say this is the best color xbox controller to buy right now and this current generation, I do wish the handles were slightly larger if I had big hands and my pinkies tend to crank up after playing a video games for a little while

This is my second Xbox Wireless controller I've purchased recently. And actually, this is a replacement. Both of them are great to use and hold. The weighty feel in your hands are you play games is fantastic. The buttons are responsive and the tactile design of the controller is beyond what I was expecting. But - I purchased this to be used as a wireless controller for my PC via Bluetooth. And it does that, for about 5-10 minutes then it begins to disconnect quite often. And usually at inappropriate times. Like when your playing Elden Ring and fighting a boss. Or trying to dodge an attack and you die. Again and again... and again. I've also tested it with my phone and in various places around my house(just in case it was interference on my part) and no joy. I will be returning this one soon, and I hate to do that, because it really is a great controller.

Nice controller that I was able purchase from Best Buy since they price matched a competitor. It has been a month or so, no drift so far. Hope it stays that way.

Looking forward to the game release so that i can ise this controller in earnest. It is probably one of the coolest Xbox controllers to date.

Playing with handheld controller is great for many pc games. The only reason I took of one star is the connectivity issue. You need to reconnect everything you use the controller (I mean, delete the controller from the device list and reconnect which is a pain). Googled around, and it says it's by design the controller will work with PC like this. MS should do better on the compatibility side.

This controller is good, but like most xbox controllers, I expect stick drift relatively quickly (within 1 to 2 months it starts drifting around a 3 for most games with adjustable drift).
