Otherwise this is a fantastic controller, feels great to hold, solid buttons & joysticks with headphone jack built-in. Turn on the Xbox surround sound in the Xbox settings menu. You can even watch movies & get your sound through the headphone jack. Cheers!

Best Buy curbside pickup came in clutch. The new controller I bought works great for a great price, and I will not be taking this one apart myself!
