Love the color. Used it for a while and stopped working.

The controller sometimes will get stuck on the joy sticks.

This coming controller is high quality.The front part is a smooth satin while in the back it has been extra grip beading on the bumpers.Good quality control on it.

My new controller is working just fine. I don't have any complaints as of 7/15/22.

I love the color scheme on this controller, and the finish on the controller adds a little bit of grip and feels good on your hands.

Controller looks amazing, feels great unfortunately the stick started drifting really bad after a few uses. It's past the 90 days so pretty much have to eat it. I just wish they would make quality products that last.

It’s a sturdy controller but goes out too soon where you have to purchase a new one almost every 3 months

Very comfortable controller. This thing is so close to being perfect, except that it's not rechargeable, and uses regular AA batteries. Not sure why Xbox would go with regular batteries, but this was a huge let down. Tried to use on PC, and doesn't work on Fortnite....need to buy the xbox dongle to make it work. Ultimately decided to return.

This is a great looking controller. I had to buy a second one because the kids will fight over it. I purchased them on Black friday so I also saved some money.

Love it, but it's the only controller I've ever used, so not aware of comparable brands performance.

Bought 3 controllers for grandkids for Christmas. Each one has their own color.

I am highly upset for the past three trips to Best Buy. If my Son controller is blue you no longer have a blue. You give me a white. If you don’t have a white, you give me a black the same thing with the headset you give me what you have and when it’s time to bring it back under the protection plan I’m told either my plan collapsed when I never let it collapse or I’m giving something else and it’s frustrating. I have been doing this for 14 years and only have had issues using the Raleigh Crabtree Best Buy. It’s not fair that I’m here for 2 1/2 hours since 1130 is now 208 same thing last time the young lady went to go look at the camera. She said I was giving a gift card. I know I used the gift card if you give it to me right then because a lot of times I forget I have a gift card And I want this resolved. They told me to contact the number on the receipt cause there’s nothing they can do in the store corporate has to take care of it. There was one time when they couldn’t find something and they said they couldn’t refund me for something broken. I said well I’m a leave it here but they take it. It does me no good taking something that you’re telling me I can’t use so why am I holding onto it then later someone print a receipt and they actually see the problem and then re-issue me whatever it is I need. I don’t know if folks strain differently. I don’t know what’s going on, but it’s just too much and I want to be refunded for headset And the controllers.

I love the look of this controller, and it was great.

Great thing for PC gaming:> Very smoothly and comfortable to play for a long time

It has a nice new feel....Only problem I had was that it doesn't fit in my charging dock from previous controllers.
